Saptami Tithi - A special day of Durga Puja marked by the Nabapatrika Snan, ceremonial entry of the Nabapatrika, and Saptami Puja.

ধুনুচি নাচ = ধুনুচিতে জ্বলন্ত ধুনো নিয়ে ঢাকের তালে দেবী দুর্গার সামনে ভক্তি ও আনন্দের সঙ্গে পরিবেশিত ঐতিহ্যবাহী বাঙালি নৃত্য।

Dashami Tithi (দশমী তিথি) = The final day of Durga Puja, marked by Devi Baran, Sindoor Khela, and the immersion of Goddess Durga. (দুর্গাপূজার শেষ দিন, যেদিন দেবী দুর্গাকে বরণ, সিঁদুর খেলা ও বিসর্জনের মাধ্যমে বিদায় জানানো হয়।)

Darpan Visarjan - within 9.30 am

Darpan Visarjan (দর্পণ বিসর্জন) = A symbolic ritual of immersing the reflection of Goddess Durga in a mirror, marking the conclusion of the worship. (দর্পণে দেবীর প্রতিচ্ছবিকে প্রতীকীভাবে বিসর্জন দেওয়ার মাধ্যমে পূজার সমাপ্তি জানানোর আচার।

Sindur Khela (11 AM – 1 PM)

Sindoor Khela (সিঁদুর খেলা) = A traditional Dashami ritual where married women offer sindoor to Goddess Durga and apply it to one another, wishing for happiness, prosperity, and well-being. (বিজয়া দশমীতে বিবাহিত মহিলারা দেবী দুর্গাকে সিঁদুর পরিয়ে, একে অপরকে সিঁদুর দিয়ে শুভকামনা ও মঙ্গল কামনা করেন।)

Visarjan(বিসর্জন) = The sacred ritual of immersing Goddess Durga’s idol in water on Dashami, marking her farewell and return to her divine abode. (বিজয়া দশমীতে দেবী দুর্গার প্রতিমাকে শোভাযাত্রার মাধ্যমে নিয়ে গিয়ে জলে বিসর্জন দেওয়ার পবিত্র আচার।)

The emotional culmination of the festival, as we bid farewell to the Goddess with the traditional idol immersion — until we meet again next year.
